Cabin crew take off position !
Paris Motor Show 2010 became an important event for brands like Jaguar. Especially being top news on Financial Times for their unknown future, Paris Motor Show is a great opportunity to show that Jaguar is back to business again. 
Actually the way they are back is also very interesting, because they revealed a concept vehicle which is producing 780 horse powers with four electric engines and enough amount torque to change the world’s orbit. Like many of you I guessed this car has a shorter range than a remote control car. 780 horse powers from electric engines is something really unusual, you have to tow a power plant all the time. But Jaguar’s engineers found a solution that is weird also! Turbine power for producing electricity. C-X75 only offers around 75 km with batteries and that’s really reasonable. But the minimalist turbines are capable of burning anything! Diesel, LPG, petrol, natural gas, ethanol and anything which can be burnable. And reaching top speed of 350 kph! To reach 100 kph it only needs 3,4 seconds and that’s really quick for a car which runs with everything.
I am pretty sure that many people would like to have this car. It runs with everything, you are not limited with any type of fuel, you can put what is available. Actually which is cheaper! And you have chance to rev up to 80 000 rpm but they are turbines, you will be making noise similar to an Airbus. I did not like the car that much, especially the design. May be we got use to see supercars from Ferrari and Lamborghini and when a new model comes up we always judge with those measures.
And this is the first time for a car to have propulsion system and gas turbines !

Jaguars reportedly are testing a promising hybrid engine power and increase strength by 80 bhp to 20 percent increase in fuel economy.
The machine was placed at the rear of the XF prototype being tested. And being evaluated as alternatives for hybrid batteries that can store energy during braking done.
The project was called by the name of flywheel Hybrid System for Premium Vehicle (FHSPV) and funded approximately Rp30 billion by the government's Technology Strategy Board.
"FHSPV is really a due diligence exercise facilities. We need to see the mechanical flywheel and compared with electric hybrid. Then see if the technology has the future in order to produce," Project Head FHSPV said Daniel Loftus is quoted from Autocar, on Saturday (18 / 9 / 2010)
Composite flywheel is driven through a gearbox / Torotrak Xtrac CVT and rotates up to 60 000 rpm to keep the peak power of 60kW, the equivalent of 80bhp.
Then there is a computer that will control the power flow from and to the flywheel, which can rotate and give encouragement in every part of the driving cycle, including performance when moving. Although there is only enough energy to provide peak power of 80 hp for about seven seconds.
Jaguar is also currently testing the stop-start fashion in the city, which means gathering flywheel energy during braking and then provide power at start-ups to conserve fuel.
Combined with stop-start system, Jaguar has recorded significant fuel savings of about 20 percent.
However, future production is still unclear, mainly due to the falling cost of hybrid batteries and electric energy savings have not become the industry standard.

Jaguar car manufacturers did not stop innovating to strengthen the premium car segment. One way to do that is by improving the appearance of the Jaguar XF sedan.
Jaguar XF facelift caught on camera when it was tested as reported by Leftlanenews, Thursday (09/16/2010).
Jaguar XF intention to launch a facelift had been heard since early 2010. It was only evident after Jaguar acquisitioned by the manufacturer from India, Tata Motors.
Although the information is still minimal, it was obvious changes, especially on the front and rear, especially on the design of the headlights. The concept does not look like a new car. Headlights look like lamp design adopts the Jaguar XJ, which further suggests if it classy car.
While the shape of the body such as the Jaguar XF eat more or more plump so it looks more sexy. Furthermore, other concepts are pinned on the Jaguar XF is the design behind the Infiniti sedan. The concept was also applied to the buttocks Jaguar XF sedan.
And to improve the rear view Jaguar XF, the car manufacturers that big cat logo design rear lights pinned Jaguar XJ. Not to look like whether changes to the interior. However, certainly from the name alone would be a higher quality cabin.
Other information indicate if Jaguar XF retaining capacity of 5.0 liter V8 engine that can give off energy in 6000-6500 470 HP 575 Nm of torque at 2,500 RPM to 5500 RPM.
As planned premium car will go on sale in early 2012. Unfortunately, the Jaguar has not specified how much the new Jaguar XF.
